I’ve recently been struggling between using my right to say NO and being a blessing to others when I’m able to. Have you ever been asked to do a favor for someone and though you were very capable of doing the favor, you wanted to say NO because it may not have been the most convenient time for you? Or, you wanted to say no because they asked you to do something last minute and it required your immediate attention? I’m big on being considerate of my time. Even if I have Nothing planned to do, the specific day that the favor is asked, that’s what I planned to do, Nothing. So when I’m asked to do a favor and it requires my actions immediately I’m sometimes frustrated about it; though majority of the time I say yes and oblige. I think it’s important to be conscious of what we ask of people and when we ask. The saying goes “do unto others as you want done unto you” let’s all be more mindful. I honestly believe that if we all implemented that saying to our everyday lives the world would be such a better place.

My ultimate point is: It’s a Blessing To Be A Blessing. But when you are very much in position to say Yes and instead say No does this negate the fact that God could’ve used you to Bless someone? Please comment and share your thoughts.
Be the greatest you,

Proverbs 3:28 If you can help your neighbor now, don’t say, “Come back tomorrow, and then I’ll help you.”
