Struggling In Silence
If I’m not mistaken, I believe everyone has struggled in silence at some point their life. Or, maybe even experiencing it currently; either way, there’s a light at the end of the tunnel and a Brand New Day Tomorrow. Just a quick insight, my experience was when I was 23 years old. I was depressed and lost 20 pounds in the matter of a month and the only person who noticed and called me out was my mom. The thing is we all have struggles in life. It’s a balance of the scales. You have to know what bad is in order to know and appreciate the good. While some may struggle outwardly with drugs, alcohol, promiscuity, obesity or anorexia others have internal struggles. Some of the internal struggles may consist of mental illness, insecurity, stress, and the lists goes on. In all of these struggles that we face on the daily, the one commonality of them all Is that You’re Not The Only One Going Through This Struggle.
